Why which rubber?

La Sportiva in Scarpa

La Sportiva and Scarpa original soles are simply the best choice. If you choose this option, you won't need to select a different rubber; the soles you'll use are the exact same rubber as new climbing shoes, with precisely the right thickness in all the right places. And as you can see, we even resole some La Sportiva and Scarpa models exclusively with original soles, guaranteeing you retain the same characteristics of your climbing shoe.

Vibram XS Edge

  • Grip, edge and durability.

Advantages:

  • Precision grip and optimal stability for micros and edges
  • Best for extreme multi-pitch routes and big walls.

Vibram XS Grip

VIBRAM XS GRIP was the first rubber to represent the new generation of Vibram high-performance climbing rubbers. It offers a good compromise between grip, edges, and durability on a wide variety of surfaces.

Performance:

  • Grip, edge and durability

Advantages:

  • Shape stability, excellent performance in all climbing conditions, long carrying handle.

The GRIP 2 represents the natural evolution of XS GRIP. Used by many bouldering championship winners, GRIP 2 delivers measurably improved grip with a level of firmness ideal for moderate edges and slope angles, while maintaining consistent performance in all temperatures. Vibram XS GRIP 2 is recommended for situations requiring maximum grip. Performance:

  • Pure friction, maximum grip.

Advantages:

  • High-quality climbing rubber, superior pure grip. Best for overhanging routes.
  • XS GRIP 2 is a softer rubber, so you feel everything better.

Davos Stick Plus

Davos Stick Plus is especially durable and provides good adhesion for indoor climbing. It is the hardest type of Stick rubber.

Davos Stick Zero
