The repair process typically takes between 10 to 20 business days from the day we receive your climbing shoes.

- For orders of 4 or more pairs in a box, we cover the return costs (NL BE). For orders of 6 or more pairs within the rest of Europe, the return costs are €10.00. For orders of 9 or more pairs, there are no return costs.
- When your repair is almost ready for shipment, you'll receive an invoice and payment request from us. Your repair will only be returned to you after payment has been received.
- The average delivery time is 10 business days after receiving your climbing shoes.
- Shipping costs outside the Netherlands and Belgium are calculated according to current rates.
- If you do not make a choice, La Sportiva and Scarpa climbing shoes will be repaired as standard with original materials (where available), and other brands with Vibram XS Edge 4mm.
- If edges or noses are very thin or damaged, these will also be repaired without consultation.
- Also check the stitching, Velcro, lace closures, loops, etc. carefully. It would be a shame if you had to send them back for that.
- Print this form and bring it with you to your repair. If you don't have a printer, you can write down all your personal information and the repairs needed for each pair of climbing shoes on a piece of paper.
